Trial partner John Grisafi secured a liability defense verdict on behalf of Suffolk County, New York for claims of personal injuries arising out of a motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff claimed that a Suffolk County bus struck the co-defendant’s vehicle in the rear and/or the co-defendant’s vehicle cut off the bus causing the accident.
Following a liability trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict that Suffolk County was not negligent and that the co-defendant was 100% at fault.
