John’s practice is focused in the areas of Premises Liability, Auto & Transportation, Construction Litigation, Insurance Fraud, and Insurance Coverage. He has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict. Extremely active in the legal community, John is currently a Court-appointed Arbitrator for the New York City Civil Courts and an appointed Arbitrator under the Rules of Part 137 – Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Program for Nassau County Supreme Court.
John is a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the New York State Chapter of Special Investigation Units, Inc. He has lectured before insurance claims representatives on various legal topics.
