Thomas V. DeMarco

Tom’s practice is focused in the areas of premises liability, auto & transportation, and construction litigation. Tom also has experience defending architects, engineers, and other design professionals against claims of malpractice. Prior to joining MMP&S, Tom gained invaluable experience as defense counsel at a large New York firm.

Tom is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
