Thomas A. Petrellese

Thomas’s practice is focused in the areas of general liability, insurance defense litigation, and construction and commercial Litigation, including the defense of architects, engineers, condo, co-op & HOA liability, and commercial entities.

Thomas received his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2023, after receiving a B.S. in Retail Management from the University of South Carolina in 2019 with a minor in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
