Steve Fiore-Rosenfeld

Steve practices in the defense of property owners, premises liability, construction defects, insurance coverage and coverage litigation, subrogation and recovery as well as municipal liability. Steve is a results-driven defense attorney who has successfully minimized high exposure damages verdicts in the New York State Supreme Court.  Steve has won appellate decisions against some of the strongest financial institutions in our country. In addition, Steve has developed a unique expertise with environmental legal issues though his significant state and municipal experience.  Steve has a lifetime of public service focused on effective advocacy whether in the courtroom, through legislation, or administrative acumen at nearly every level of government. Steve received a J.D. from the University of Buffalo School of Law in 1994 after receiving a B.A. from Stony Brook University in 1990. Steve is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
