Stephen G. Ryan

Stephen’s practice is focused in the areas of Professional Liability, Contracts, and Corporate/Business Transactions. His practice involves representing architects, engineers, design professionals and attorneys. Prior to joining MMP&S, Stephen concentrated on all areas of intellectual property law and litigation e-discovery. Stephen received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 1992, and a B.S. in Natural Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in 1984.

Stephen is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
