Sean F. Feminella

Sean’s practice is focused in the areas of auto and transportation, construction accidents and New York Labor Law, municipal liability and general liability defense. Prior to joining MMP&S, Sean gained experience in commercial litigation defending attorneys, accountants, and business professionals, municipal liability defense, and insurance defense for automobile accidents and premises liability.

Sean is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member of the Federal Tax Practicum and assisted low-income residents seek resolutions for their tax disputes at the federal and state levels.
