Samantha Y. Portillo

Samantha’s practice is focused on the areas of insurance defense, general liability, auto and transportation, construction accidents and New York Labor Law.

Samantha graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, cum laude, where she received her J.D. in 2025, after receiving a B.A. and Science from Rutgers University in 2021.
