Samantha J. Fazio

Samantha’s practice focuses on condo, co-op and HOA liability, construction defects, and representation of design professionals. She has previously worked and developed a strong foundation in housing law and landlord/tenant matters, gained through a combination of internships and clinic work during law school. She also served as the Notes and Articles Editor for Volume 35 of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Samantha earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2025 and earned a B.A. in English with a minor in Writing and Communications from Siena College in 2022.
