Salvatore A. Grimaldo

Sal’s practice is focused in the areas of premises liability, construction defects, auto and transportation, product liability, subrogation, property damage, and New York Labor Law. He also has experience defending doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes in healthcare malpractice claims. Prior to joining MMP&S, Sal worked as an attorney for several major insurance companies. He also managed a team of attorneys handling high exposure cases suspected of fraud. 

Sal received his B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook in 2005 and his J.D. from Touro Law School in 2011.
