Roger Quinland

Roger represents clients in professional liability matters involving accountants, attorneys, and design professionals. His practice also encompasses condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association claims; New York Labor Law construction accidents; construction defects; and general and product liability matters. In addition, he counsels clients on business formation and governance, contracts, and corporate transactions. Drawing on extensive experience with commercial agreements, regulated businesses, and construction and infrastructure projects, Roger brings a practical, business-minded perspective to each engagement. He works closely with clients to identify and manage risk, navigate complex disputes, and develop solutions aligned with their legal and commercial objectives.

Roger received his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law, after receiving a B.A. from Ithaca College.
