Roger Quinland

Roger’s practice focuses on business formation, governance, commercial transactions, and design professional services. He advises architects, engineers, developers, and operating companies on entity formation, operating agreements, management and service agreements, vendor, supplier, and distributor agreements, construction and consultant agreements, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance. His transactional work also includes ownership structures, succession planning, and practical counsel on the contractual and operational issues facing closely held and growing businesses.

Roger received his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law, after receiving a B.A. from Ithaca College.
