Richard A. Lilling

Rich’s practice is focused in the areas of general liability and insurance defense litigation involving automobile liability, premises liability, New York State No-Fault Law, New York Labor Law, and property damage claims. Rich received a J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994, after receiving a B.A. from the University of Stony Brook in 1988.

Rich is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
