Rich’s practice is focused on labor and employment law on behalf of management. He has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as New York State and City agencies in connection with discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, wrongful discharge, whistleblower and public accommodations discrimination matters.
Rich’s practice is also focused in the areas of general liability and insurance defense litigation involving automobile liability, premises liability, New York State No-Fault Law, New York Labor Law, and property damage claims.
