Philip R. Castagna

Phil has over 20 years of defense litigation experience handling a variety of cases including construction disputes, bodily injury, automotive and trucking, professional liability, products liability, toxic tort, and class actions.  He has represented general contractors, building companies, trade workers, and carpentry workers, as well as a myriad of product manufacturers and retailers.   His practice is currently focused on general liability and casualty litigation.  Phil holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a JD/MBA from Villanova University and is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He was a recipient of a scholarship from the J. Wood Platt Caddie Scholarship Trust and enjoys golf in his spare time.
