Michele D. Newsome

Michele’s practice is focused in the areas of New York Labor Law, general liability, premises liability, and automobile and transportation liability. She defends building owners, commercial establishments, contractors, subcontractors, management companies, commercial vehicle owners, and individuals in all aspects of litigation. She has secured favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients at the trial level and has also successfully argued at the appellate level.

Michele received a B.S. from the University at Albany in 2008, and she obtained her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2013.
