Michael V. Chiaramonte

Michael’s practice is focused on insurance defense litigation with a concentration in practice areas including Auto & Transportation, General and Products Liability, Premises Liability, and Construction Accidents & NY Labor Law. Prior to joining MMP&S, Michael worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bronx District Attorney’s office. During that time, Michael was a member of the Trial Division and Investigations Division with a special focus on violent felony and gang prosecutions, where he handled long-term criminal investigations and conducted numerous jury trials to verdict.

Michael received his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2016, after receiving a B.A. in English Literature from Fairfield University in 2011. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
