Michael Calabrese

Michael is a career litigator. He has focused his practice on litigating matters involving catastrophic construction accidents, alleged violations of the New York Labor Law, premises liability matters, motor vehicle matters (including commercial auto matters), contract disputes, and possesses an expansive background when it comes to civil litigation and procedure.

Prior to joining MMP&S, Michael worked at some of the largest civil and insurance defense law firms in America. During that time, he represented some of the most recognizable corporations in the country, defending them against a wide array of claims. He has conducted and defended depositions across New York State and within the five boroughs, and routinely appears for oral argument on dispositive motions, motions for summary judgment, and for other oral applications and hearings before the court.
