Michael Abittan

Michael Abittan is an associate in our Woodbury, New York office whose practice areas include a variety of insurance defense litigation. Michael practices in the defense of sponsors, directors, officers, boards, board members and managing agents in condominium/property owner/cooperative association litigation and handles the defense side of New York State Division of Human Rights investigations. Michael also practices general and professional liability and the defense of accountants, attorneys, architects and other design professionals in professional liability matters.

Michael received his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2025. Prior to law school, he graduated from Yeshiva University in 2022 receiving his B.A. in Business Management.
