Michael A. Heran

Mike’s practice is primarily focused on the representation of architects, engineers, and other professionals throughout New York and Connecticut. He began his career litigating general liability matters in the areas of construction (Labor Law), premises liability, products liability, municipal liability, and automobile litigation, and he continues to practice extensively in the area of personal injury litigation. Mike handles all aspects of the litigation process, taking matters from inception through trial and Appellate Courts of both New York and Connecticut. In addition, Mike is often called upon to assist his clients with various insurance coverage issues, commercial litigation, contract negotiations, fee disputes, OPD investigations, and other issues facing today’s professionals.

He also has extensive experience utilizing different forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to obtain cost-effective and successful results for his clients where appropriate.
