Marianne practices in the defense of architects, engineers and other design professionals in liability suits and defends property owners, construction managers, contractors, and developers in all other aspects of construction litigation, including Labor Law, premises liability, and mechanic’s lien foreclosure. Marianne also represents sponsors, boards, and board members in condominium/property owner/cooperative association litigation.
Marianne received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2024 after receiving her B.A. from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2020 where she majored in History and minored in Cultural Anthropology.
