Maria P. Caraballo-Mitra

Maria has more than 20 years of experience in the field of personal injury defense litigation.  Her practice is focused in the areas of auto liability, municipal liability, and premises liability.  She has experience in all areas of negligence defense including mediations, arbitrations and appeals.

Maria received her B.A. from St. John’s University in 1988 and her J.D. from Touro Law School in 1996.  Prior to attending law school, she worked as a paralegal at New York Life Insurance Company and Chemical Bank.  Maria is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
