Lisa’s practice is currently focused primarily on Construction Litigation, including the representation of architects, engineers, construction managers, and contractors in professional liability claims. She has a diverse litigation background, having spent much of her career defending individuals and entities in matters ranging from Auto & Transportation, Premises Liability, and Homeowners’ Claims to the defense of school districts and municipalities in civil rights, employment, and general negligence matters.
She also has extensive experience in defending professionals, including real estate and insurance agents and brokers, as well as medical providers. Lisa received her B.A. from American University in 1991, and her J.D. from Villanova University in 1994. She is admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
