Laura’s practice focuses on professional liability, construction liability, premises liability, construction accidents and New York Labor Law. She has represented architects, engineers, construction managers and special inspectors in professional liability matters, delay claims, design defect claims and breach of contract disputes.  She has defended attorneys in professional liability matters and boards of managers of condominium associations in disputes with shareholders and/or homeowner associations.  Laura has also represented property owners and contractors in construction accidents and New York Labor Law claims, premises liability and property damage matters.

Laura received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Annual Survey of American Law.  She received her A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard University.  Laura is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
