Ken’s practice is focused on the defense of high-exposure general liability and professional liability claims. Ken regularly defends design professionals, property owners, contractors, municipalities, and individuals across a wide spectrum of practice areas, including premises liability, products liability, legal malpractice, toxic tort liability, and New York Labor Law liability.
Ken received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2014, where he served as Research Editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal. Ken has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 New York Metro Super Lawyers Publication.
