Katherine Bonnet

Katherine’s practice is focused in the areas of corporate/business transactions and real estate. Katherine brings ample experience representing purchasers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. She also has experience representing professional and non-professional clients, where she provides assistance and guidance in forming and organizing corporate entities, and in preparing and negotiating operating agreements, service agreements and management and ownership succession agreements.

Katherine received her Juris Doctor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2018, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany in 2015.
