Justin P. Roberts

Justin concentrates his practice on general casualty defense litigation, including construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, products liability, and general negligence. Prior to joining MMP&S, Justin spent 12 years serving our communities as a prosecutor in both York County and Chester County where he handled thousands of cases and tried over one hundred cases. Justin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with both a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Psychology. He received his J.D. in 2010 from the Widener University Delaware Law School.
