Joseph V. Livoti

Joe’s practice is focused on the defense of personal injury claims, including premises liability, co-operative, condominium and homeowners’ associations liability, and auto and transportation. Prior to MMP&S, Joe also had experience in the areas of criminal and real estate law through various internships and other legal positions. Joe earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2025 and graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Marist College in 2021.
