Joe has a wide variety of commercial litigation experience with a concentration on the representation of insurers in a variety of practice areas, including environmental, life sciences, products liability, construction defect, loss sensitive premium, surety, and subrogation. On behalf of insurers, Joe handles matters as a defendant and as a plaintiff involving coverage issues and defense and recovery of premiums or losses paid.
Joe also represents contractors, real estate developers, design professionals, and other companies related to the construction industry. He also has extensive experience with trials, arbitration, and mediation.
