Joseph Bevilacqua

Joseph’s practice is focused in the areas of municipal liability and general liability defense litigation, including both motor vehicle accidents and other premises liability matters. Joseph graduated from SUNY Oneonta in 2020 where he received a B.S. in Communications and a Minor in Political Science. Joseph received his J.D. from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2023. While attending law school, Joseph got his start as an intern at MMP&S and has transitioned that opportunity into a full-time associate position.
