Jihun Park

Jihun’s practice is focused in the areas of premises liability, auto and transportation, and construction accidents, including claims arising under New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241 and the New York City Administrative Code. Jihun handles matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, court conferences, mediations, and arbitrations. He also has experience advising Korean-headquartered companies on U.S. operations and litigation matters.
