Jennifer’s practice is focused in the areas of first-party property litigation and insurance defense. Prior to joining MMP&S, Jennifer focused her practice on first-party property litigation, condominium and association law, employment and labor law, premises liability, negligent security, and business defense claims.

She earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, she interned with the Honorable Michael I. Rothschild, served as Goodwin Editor of the Nova Law Review, was a travel team member of Moot Court Honor Society, and earned the Highest Grade Award in Trial Advocacy, Lawyering Skills and Values, and Wills and Trusts. Jennifer received the American Board of Trial Advocates Annual Scholarship and Pro Bono Honors Award. She earned her B.A. from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude, and majored in English Literature with Honors and minored in both Philosophy and Spanish.

Jennifer is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, and she has an Advanced Certification in Arbitration.
