James K. Baden
James’ practice is focused primarily on the defense of corporations and individuals in Personal Injury and Professional Liability lawsuits. He has extensive experience in construction litigation, having represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and professionals in construction defect and personal injury claims. James also has represented attorneys in malpractice claims and employers in discrimination claims, and he has defended products liability matters.
Prior to joining MMP&S, James defended corporate and government entities at an international defense firm in matters involving catastrophic personal injuries, coverage disputes, and contract interpretation and drafting. He also worked for two large accounting firms, building on his background in tax and finance.
