Goran Poljak

Goran Poljak is an associate in the firm’s Purchase, New York office. His practice focuses on condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association liability, construction defects construction accidents and New York Labor Law, and the defense of design professionals.

Prior to joining MMP&S, Goran gained firsthand exposure to the construction industry through his family’s contracting business, where he oversaw commercial and residential projects throughout Manhattan and Westchester County. This experience provides him with practical insight into the needs of property owners, contractors, and design professionals, enabling him to better understand and advocate for his clients’ interests.

Goran received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, after earning a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
