Ginamarie Palmieri

Ginamarie’s practice focuses in the areas of general liability defense, including automobile liability, premises liability, municipal liability, construction accidents, insurance coverage, and accounting malpractice. She also has a great deal of experience with real estate law, bankruptcy, wills/trusts/estates, administration and probate.  Ginamarie graduated from Hofstra University in 2000 with a BBA in accounting and from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002.  She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut (conditionally retired in CT), and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the New York USDC/USBC.
