Giancarlo S. Vecchiarelli

Giancarlo practices in the defense of property owners, construction managers, contractors, developers and design professionals in construction litigation, including Labor Law, and premises liability. In addition, Giancarlo defends directors, officers, boards, board members and managing agents in condominium/property owner/cooperative association litigation. He also has experience handling the defense of class action lawsuits, appeals, state agency hearings, and mediations. Giancarlo received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2019. Giancarlo is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
