Gaetana Liantonio-McBride

Gaetana is a senior attorney who was admitted to practice law in New York since 1989. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the office of the Bronx District Attorney where she handled a voluminous case load of felony indictments from inception to verdict. Her past experience includes 22 years as a senior trial attorney. Gaetana has tried and litigated matters of significant exposure in the areas of personal injury law, including commercial premises accidents, motor vehicle accidents, municipal liability and complete labor law litigation under sections 240 and 241 of the New York Labor Law.

She has also successfully defended construction site accidents and labor dispute litigation, including employment discrimination pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1981 and wrongful termination actions.
