Gabriel R. Goldstein

​Gabriel Goldstein is an associate in our Woodbury, New York office whose current practice focuses on premises liability, construction accidents and NY Labor Law. Prior to joining MMP&S, Gabriel gained experience in real estate law, representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, handling various aspects of contract preparation, negotiation, and closings.

Gabriel earned his J.D. in 2025 from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Prior to attending law school, he graduated in 2021 from Binghamton University with a B.A. in both Philosophy, Politics, and Law as well as Political Science.
