Frank’s practice is focused on defense litigation in a number of areas, including insurance coverage, premises liability, construction litigation, products liability, and automobile liability. Frank concentrates in the areas of general liability and complex commercial insurance coverage matters representing insurance carriers in the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions. Prior to joining MMP&S, he was an Assistant General Counsel in the Office of General Counsel for a major National Insurance Carrier providing legal counsel in all areas of the property and casualty business, including bad faith litigation, regulatory matters, and coverage issues arising in the commercial and personal lines of business.

He has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict, and he has lectured before insurance claims representatives on various legal and insurance regulatory topics.
