Emma Seegers

Emma practices in the defense of sponsors, directors, officers, boards, board members and managing agents in condominium/property owner/cooperative association litigation and handles the defense side of New York State Division of Human Rights investigations. In addition, Emma practices in the defense of design professionals in professional liability suits and defends property owners, construction managers, contractors, developers, and design professionals in other aspects of construction litigation.

Emma received her J.D. from Elon University School of Law in 2025 and her M.B.A. from Elon University’s Love School of Business in 2026 as a dual-degree J.D./M.B.A. student. Prior to law school, Emma graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Public Relations in 2022.
