Emily A. Wernicke

Emily focuses her practice on the representation of defendants in civil litigation with a concentration on design professionals (engineers, architects, surveyors and landscape architects), insurance professionals, attorneys, realtors and appraisers. She received her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2019. During law school, Emily worked with a firm that specialized in family law and bankruptcy matters. After graduating, she served as a Judicial Foreclosure Clerk with the Superior Court Clerk’s Office from 2019-2021.

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Spanish from Washington and Jefferson College in 2016. Emily is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New Jersey.
