Donna Pascucci Day

Donna is a seasoned litigator and accomplished trial attorney who practices in the firm’s New York and Florida offices. She has won countless favorable verdicts for her clients throughout her 30+ year career and has a strong litigation background representing a myriad of healthcare professionals, corporations, construction companies, municipalities, government agencies, educational institutions, and individuals with their diverse legal needs. She specializes in defending medical malpractice and healthcare claims brought against doctors, dentists, nurses, mental health care providers, physician assistants, podiatrists, optometrists, audiologists, aestheticians, therapists, paramedics, home health care paraprofessionals, and other allied health care providers as well as a wide range of institutional clients including hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult homes, rehabilitation facilities, physician and radiology groups, and ambulatory surgery centers. In addition, Donna regularly defends medical professionals against claims of misconduct before state regulatory agencies. Donna also specializes in defending individuals, companies, municipalities, government agencies, and educational institutions in general liability and premises liability matters including automotive, construction, slip/trip & fall, products, medical devices/pharmaceuticals, sports, recreation and exercise equipment, security, and property damage claims.
