Domenick Joseph Torchio

Domenick is focused on insurance defense litigation, general liability, and environmental liability. Prior to joining MMP&S, Domenick was a criminal prosecutor in New York City. During that time, he conducted numerous pre-trial hearings, grand jury presentations, and handled hundreds of cases from arraignment to disposition. Domenick received his J.D. along with an advanced certificate in Environmental Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2024, after receiving a B.A. in Sociology from Binghamton University in 2020.
