Dennis D. Murphy

Dennis’s practice focuses on insurance subrogation and recovery litigation, representing many of the largest insurance companies and third-party administrators in the United States.  Dennis routinely assists his subrogation clients in the recovery of claim payments involving automobile property damage claims, No-Fault (PIP and APIP) claims, Uninsured/Underinsured motorist claims, residential and commercial property damage claims, large-loss claims, and defective product claims.  During his 20-plus year career, he has also represented commercial business clients, both large and small, in a wide variety of legal matters, including commercial litigation, contracts, business formations and a variety of other corporate transactions.   In addition, Dennis practices in the areas of motor vehicle replevins/seizures and real estate transactions, including residential and commercial property sales, purchases and leases.
