Deb’s practice is focused on the defense of personal injury claims, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and New York Labor Law, general negligence, and products liability, as well as co-operative/condominium/homeowner’s associations. Deb has established herself as an aggressive advocate who cost effectively and efficiently handles matters start to finish. Prior to joining MMP&S, Deb was a partner with a litigation defense firm in Syracuse and managed its White Plains satellite office. She brings with her 24 years of litigation experience representing defendants in personal injury and other lawsuits.
Debra received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1997, after receiving her B.A. from Bloomsburg University in 1990. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
