David’s practice is focused in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Over the past 25 years, he has represented a wide range of businesses in various types of litigation, including design and construction defect and delay claims, environmental contamination and remediation, products liability, intellectual property rights, catastrophic loss, and personal injury claims.
David has also served as an adjunct counsel to a multi-disciplinary contracting firm with offices throughout the country, advising and overseeing various subsidiary organizations with regard to estimating and budgeting procedures, contract review and administration, project management and supervision, contractor licensing and registration, labor and employment issues, claims review and prosecution, litigation management, the sale of corporate assets, and the wind down of corporate affairs. He was also engaged by a major national water and wastewater treatment company in connection with the negotiation of design/build/operate agreements around the country.
David is licensed to practice before the Courts of the States of Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
