Daniel Wright

Daniel’s practice is focused in the areas of appellate practice, insurance coverage, construction cccidents & New York Labor Law and general liability.  Daniel brings ample experience drafting and arguing appeals before the First and Second Judicial Departments of the State of New York. Prior to joining MMP&S, Daniel handled personal injury actions under New York Labor Law, premises liability and motor vehicle liability. Daniel received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2020, after receiving a B.A. from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 2017.
