Dan concentrates his practice in general casualty defense litigation, including construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, products liability, water infiltration claims, healthcare, medical malpractice, subrogation defense, defamation, assault and battery, and general negligence. Dan regularly handles large exposure, catastrophic loss cases valued in excess of seven figures, to include paraplegia, quadriplegia, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death cases. Dan has successfully defended and tried a wide variety of cases in Federal and State court, including the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Monroe, and Carbon Counties in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania. He has handled appellate cases in the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth, and Supreme Courts. Dan has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2010 through 2021 and Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2005 through 2007. Dan graduated, with Honors, of Franklin and Marshall College in 1990. He received his J.D. from the William & Mary Law School in 1993. Dan is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania
