​Cole concentrates his practice in general casualty defense litigation, including construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, products liability, and general negligence. Cole brings experience representing injured parties in various types of personal injury matters.

Cole received his B.A.in Business, Organizations & Society (BOS) from Franklin & Marshall College in 2020, his J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2024, and his Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Energy Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2025. While at Vermont Law and Graduate School, Cole was a member of Law Review, won the Academic Excellence Award in Energy Regulation, and had his energy-related article published in the Vermont Law Review Volume 49.
