Christopher’s practice is focused on Labor and Employment Law on behalf of companies and management. He has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and New York State and City agencies in connection with discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, New York Labor Law, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, and public accommodation discrimination matters.
