Christopher A. Albanese

Chris’ practice focuses on Professional Liability, Construction Liability, and Environmental Liability. His Professional Liability practice encompasses claims against architects, engineers, attorneys, land surveyors, interior designers, condo, co-op & HOA liability, and construction testing laboratories. His Environmental Liability practice focuses on environmental damage and remediation claims representing a wide variety of interests, including residential homeowners, retail gas stations, environmental remediation companies, and commercial property owners.

Chris is admitted to practice before both the state and federal courts of the State of New York, as well as the courts of the State of New Jersey. Additionally, Chris often handles litigation matters filed in various alternative dispute forums, including mediation and arbitration venues.
